Covid 19 - Travel Information Update

Thank you for booking with Julians Apartments. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been successfully processed. A confirmation PDF receipt will be emailed to you when this is complete. This will indicate the
booking is confirmed.

Updated Covid Policy:
All cancellation policies apply unless the  government introduce any restrictions, which in turn, we will offer rebooking dates and hold your deposit. 

To keep all our guests it is now mandatory that all guests be fully Covid vaccinated, Proof of Vaccination is required at arrival.

We require you to pay a 25% deposit at the time of booking and the balance of the accommodation is to be settled on arrival. 7 days’ notice is
required for deposit refunds on bookings except for ( School holidays, December through to end of January and Easter Period where 30 days
cancellation notice is required for refunds of deposit.

If processing of the booking is unsuccessful you will be contacted.

NB: The new neighbouring house construction next door is almost completed but there are still some minor works over the coming weeks.
Construction noise is restricted to Monday – Friday 7am to 3pm.
Our apologies for any guest discomfort during their stay.
